A leading manufacturer in high-reliability printed circuit boards is seeking CNC drill operators at various experience levels. This role involves operating state-of-the-art drilling equipment, ensuring product quality, and maintaining a clean workspace. Description
SCOPE:
Using state of the art CNC drilling equipment, the drill operator drills on rigid and rigid-flex multilayer printed circuit boards, (a flat laminated substrate consisting of an epoxy base laminate with multiple very thin copper layers). Drill holes range in size and can be as small as 0.005” in diameter. Additionally, the drill operator performs a variety of tasks in support of the drilling process, which may include gathering supplies such as back-up and entry materials, drill bits, machine setup and quality verification of product.
