Job description

Join the Boston Shaker Underground Gold Mine team as an Experienced Underground HD Drill Fitter Mechanic and be responsible for maintaining and repairing heavy machinery and equipment used in the underground mining operations. This role requires expertise in diagnosing and troubleshooting mechanical issues to ensure the reliability and efficiency of our underground equipment.

FIFO from Perth
8:6 ALL DAYS roster
7% market uplift allowance - paid quarterly

About you
• Proven experience in the repairs and maintenance of heavy earthmoving equipment, specifically Underground Drill Rigs
• Dedicated commitment to safety and quality assurance
• Exceptional diagnostic and troubleshooting / interpretive skills
• Previous experience in the mining industry or large scale operations
• Australian recognised Trade Certificate
• Physically fit for the demands of the role
• Proven ability to operate in a safe and efficient manner
• Ability to work independently as well as a part of the team
• Great interpersonal and communication skills
• Current C Class MANUAL Drivers Licence is a must
