Are you a seasoned Diagnosis Related Group (DRG) or All Patient Refined Diagnosis Related Groups (APR DRG) auditor who loves mentoring others, digging into data, and making things better? Want to take your auditing expertise to the next level by helping others sharpen their skills while ensuring top-notch quality? EXL is hiring a DRG Trainer & Quality Analyst — and we want you on our team.

• Salary Range: $85,000 – $110,000 (based on experience, skills, and qualifications)
• Location: 100% Remote (U.S.-based)
• Up to 10% annual travel (for team meetings and limited client onsite engagements.)

A brief coding/auditing assessment may be included as part of the interview process.
