Qualifications

• Review inpatient medical records for validation of DRG assignment.
• Provide detailed rationale and supporting evidence for recommendations and findings.
• Utilize industry standards and references to support review findings (e.g., ICD-10 Guidelines, AHIMA standards, AHA Coding Clinics).
