Co-ops must be located in the tri-state area of PA, DE, or NJ for the duration of the experience.

Position Description:

Assist with planning and implementing outreach and engagement initiatives for the C3 unit, including supporting engagement of various constituencies for MedEd and general grant programs, as well as special initiatives.

Work includes:

  1. MedEd Grants
  2. Review and analyze the Stemmler Grant program survey
  3. Assist with engagement of MedEd program alumni and current grantees
  4. Assist with outreach management for the Latin America Grant
  5. Assist with the development and rollout plan for the Stemmler Library
General C3 Programming:

- Assist with tracking and evaluating engagement data for C3 news and information

- Support planning and execution of C3 grantee speaker engagements

- Help plan and implement sponsorship engagement initiatives
