SBH Fashion seeks a Technical Designer - Dresses to translate design vision into manufacturable garments, ensuring fit, construction, and production accuracy. You will conduct fit sessions, communicate results to vendors and offices, and work cross-functionally to maintain design integrity.

This onsite role requires 7+ years of technical design experience and a college degree or equivalent, with strong skills in PLM and apparel pattern making.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Technical Design experience is required.
• College degree, or equivalent professional work experience, required.
• Proven expertise in apparel fitting, specs and patterns.
• Working knowledge of PLM, Illustrator, Photoshop, PowerPoint, Excel.
• Strong project management and multi-tasking with attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Manage product lifecycle from Showroom sample through pre-production fit approval.
• Oversee pre-production samples development to meet design specs and quality.
• Develop technical packages and final graded specifications.
• Lead live fit sessions and provide grading guidelines to vendors.
• Collaborate with Product Development, Design and Production, manage WIP
