Key duties include safety promotion, production support, equipment operation, and daily pre-shift inspections. Candidates should have at least 1 year of experience and the ability to operate two or more pieces of mobile equipment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in similar role.
• Ability to operate at least 2 pieces of mobile equipment.
• Must be able to stand, bend, lift and perform physical tasks as required.

Responsibilities

• Promote safety awareness and continuous improvement.
• Assist in production of natural aggregates.
• Operate dredge and multiple mobile equipment safely and efficiently.
• Perform pre-shift inspections and assist with maintenance.
• Communicate with plant staff to coordinate operations.
