Job summary

Guangzhou International School seeks a Drama Teacher to join its IB-aligned program for primary students, teaching both English and Drama and contributing to curriculum development.

We are looking for an Drama Teacher for an International School based in Guangzhou. This is a full-time position starting from the upcoming academic year in August 2026.

About the role

Teach English and Drama to primary school students utilizing the IB framework and ensuring an engaging and enriching learning experience

• Preparing lessons and lectures, tutoring techniques
• Designing and correcting assessments, and writing report comments
• Collaboratively teach alongside fellow educators, actively contributing to the development and enhancement of the school's curriculum
• Assess and monitor students’ progress and provide targets so that all learners can succeed and improve
• Provide clear and constructive feedback to students and their parents and caregivers

Requirements

• Bachelor degree or above and preferably related major in education
• 3 + years of school teaching experience (preferably in an international / bilingual school)

Salary and benefits

Monthly salary of 20,000 to 30,000 RMB depending commensurate with experience and qualifications
