Job summary

Micron Technology is a world leader in memory and storage solutions, driving next-generation DRAM technologies in a collaborative 300mm R&D environment. We seek a Process Integration Engineer to optimize flows, improve yield and margin, and translate data into scalable solutions for future memory generations.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in an engineering field with 7-10+ years of semiconductor proven experience.
• Demonstrated expertise in semiconductor device physics and semiconductor process integration.
• Detailed knowledge of mainstream memory technologies such as DRAM or NAND; significant contributions.
• Strong understanding of process development and the relationship between process integration, circuits, and memory architecture.

Responsibilities

• Lead technology integration activities to enable manufacturability of advanced DRAM technologies.
• Partner with process development, product engineering, design, yield, mask, and probe teams to resolve yield, performance, reliability, and margin challenges.
• Design and implement R&D fab experiments and optimize process flows to meet product and technology requirements.
• Analyze inline, defect, parametric, and probe data to identify root causes and drive yield, performance, cost, and process-margin improvements.
• Lead cross-functional problem solving by summarizing sophisticated technical issues, developing solutions, and driving actions to implementation.

As a Process Integration Engineer, you will help enable state-of-the-art DRAM technologies and solve complex integration, device, yield, and circuit challenges. You will work closely with cross-functional engineering teams to optimize process flows, improve yield and margin, and translate technical data into solutions that enable future generations of memory technology.

Minimum Qualifications

• Master's degree in an engineering field with 7-10+ years of relevant semiconductor proven experience
• Demonstrated expertise in semiconductor device physics and semiconductor process integration
• Detailed knowledge of mainstream memory technologies such as DRAM or NAND gained through significant technical contributions
• Strong understanding of process development and the relationship between process integration, circuits, and memory architecture

Preferred Qualifications

• PhD in an engineering field with 5+ years of relevant semiconductor industry experience
• Experience leading projects and driving cross-functional technical teams
• Proficiency in data analysis, design of experiments (DOE), and statistical techniques
• Understanding of the technical challenges and opportunities associated with alternative memory technologies
• Experience using AI-assisted analytics to enhance data interpretation, anomaly detection, and yield improvement initiatives
