Job summary

Micron Technology is seeking a Module Hardware Validation Engineer to design, validate, and characterize DRAM memory modules and related hardware systems. You will drive hardware verification, test method development, and automation tool integration to ensure high-quality memory solutions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
  • 3+ years of hardware design, hardware validation, electrical characterization, board-level debugging, or system-level hardware testing.
  • Hands‑on experience using oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, power analyzers, or similar lab instrumentation.
  • Programming or scripting in Python, C/C++ for automation, data analysis, or tool development.

Responsibilities

  • Perform design, development, validation, and characterization of DRAM memory modules and related hardware systems.
  • Develop, execute, and improve test methods, validation plans, project schedules, and engineering processes.
  • Characterize and benchmark active components, including PMICs, RCDs, switching regulators, thermal sensors, and other devices.
  • Develop and modify software tools, automation solutions, and Jira‑based tracking systems to support validation activities.
  • Apply AI and AI‑assisted tools to enhance validation workflows and data analysis.
