3 Mountains Plumbing is seeking a Drain Technician to diagnose and clear drain stoppages in the Portland metro area. The role emphasizes customer service, accurate communication with homeowners, and maintaining truck inventory.

Qualifications

A heavy emphasis is placed on customer service, as that is the biggest part of what we do. Daily tasks include the technical aspect of the job, collecting payments, giving accurate and detailed information about each home and situation, maintaining truck inventory levels, among others. Communication with homeowners about the status of their system after the service has been performed.
