Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering required.
• 8 years of practical experience including 2 years of leadership experience.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred or required where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Develops and manages the section budget and forecasts.
• Lead engineering section staff and growth efforts.
• Coordinate section activities, priorities, and staffing.
• Ensure staff development, mentoring, and training needs are met.
• Collaborate with other sections for work-sharing opportunities.
• Support SSA and SDA processes on projects.
• Oversee contracting activities including scope, work plans and fees.
• Lead project management activities for scope, schedule, budget and quality.
• Supervise a team of 5–10+ employees.
