70 Superior Construction Company Southeast, LLC is looking for a Drainage Foreman with 3-5 years of experience in heavy civil construction projects. This full-time position will oversee daily work of various construction crews and ensure that all tasks are completed according to company standards and safety regulations.
The ideal candidate must be detail oriented, able to manage stress, and work well within a team. Strong adherence to safety protocols and reliable transportation are essential.
We recruit highly skilled individuals for a variety of disciplines in the construction field. Qualified applicants will have experience working on Heavy Civil, Roadway or Bridge Projects and must be familiar with working from heights and/or Manlifts. They must be able to work as part of a team to accomplish a common goal.

This position has supervisory responsibilities.
This is a field‑based role. Employees will work on heavy civil and highway construction sites where noise can be loud and conditions include moving mechanical parts, inclement weather, heat, humidity, dust, and asphalt exposure.
The position lifts heavy objects, walks and stands for long periods, performs physical labor under adverse field conditions, and uses manual dexterity and coordination. It requires excellent stamina.
This is a full‑time position that may require long hours and weekend work, averaging approximately 50 hours per week.
The role requires no travel.
Construction industry experience is preferred.
Must possess or be able to obtain a valid and appropriate state driver’s license prior to employment.
