Desired Skills and Experience:
  1. Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline
  2. Professional Engineer (PE) license in Florida or ability to secure one within a year
  3. Minimum of 3 years of experience in stormwater management and drainage design
  4. Proficient in FDOT standards and criteria, with strong skills in MicroStation/GEOPAK; 3D modeling is a plus
  5. Expertise in hydraulic modeling tools such as ICPR, SWMM, ASAD, and HEC-RAS
  6. Excellent verbal and written communication, with strong organizational abilities
  7. Proven ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a dynamic team setting
