You will diagnose, repair, and clear drains, perform camera inspections, and operate hydro-jetting equipment while delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of drain tech or drain cleaner experience.
• Must have valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting abilities.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Must be physically able to lift and perform work in varied environments.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn new methods.

Responsibilities

• Respond to residential service calls and customer inquiries.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot drain and sewer system issues.
• Perform drain cleaning using professional equipment and techniques.
• Conduct camera inspections to identify blockages, breaks, and other drainage concerns.
• Operate hydro-jetting equipment to clean and restore drain lines.
• Prepare accurate estimates and explain recommended services to customers.
• Maintain, repair, and restore drain and sewer systems.
• Inspect plumbing and drainage systems for safety, functionality, and performance.
• Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining a professional appearance.
• Accurately document work performed and communicate findings with customers and management.
