Job summary

Harris Plumbing, Heating, Air, & Electrical is hiring a Drain Technician to diagnose and resolve residential and commercial drain issues. You will use augers, hydro-jetters, and camera inspections, and maintain a clean, organized work vehicle and tools.

The role emphasizes excellent customer service, clear communication, and teamwork. Starting pay is $25 per hour plus commission and bonuses, with on-call and weekend hours as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in drain cleaning or plumbing preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varying conditions.
• Excellent communication and teamwork.
• Willingness to be on-call or work flexible hours, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, diagnose, and resolve residential and commercial drain issues.
• Use augers, hydro-jetters, and other tools to clean and unclog drains.
• Perform camera inspections and report findings.
• Maintain a clean and organized work vehicle and equipment.
• Provide outstanding customer service and communicate clearly with clients.
• Document work completed and materials used.
