Job summary

Harris Plumbing, Heating, Air, & Electrical is seeking a Drain Technician to diagnose and repair residential and commercial drainage issues across the tri-state area. You will use augers, hydro-jetters, and camera inspection tools while maintaining a clean work vehicle and providing excellent customer service.

The role requires valid driving credentials, physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs, and strong teamwork and problem-solving abilities.

Qualifications

• Experience in drain cleaning or plumbing preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varying conditions.
• Strong problem-solving and mechanical skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Willingness to be on-call or work flexible hours, including weekends if needed.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, diagnose, and resolve residential and commercial drain issues.
• Use augers, hydro-jetters, and other tools to clean and unclog drains.
• Perform camera inspections and report findings.
• Maintain a clean and organized work vehicle and equipment.
• Provide outstanding customer service and communicate clearly with clients.
• Document work completed and materials used.
