Job summary

Zoom Drain Phoenix is seeking a dedicated drain service technician to diagnose and repair residential and commercial drainage issues in the Phoenix area. You will operate jetters, camera systems, and locators, document jobs, collect payment onsite, and communicate clearly with customers.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in drain service, plumbing, or related field.
• Comfortable with hydro-jetting, snaking, and camera inspections.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in crawl spaces, rooftops, and tight areas.
• Strong communicator who is reliable, honest, and customer-focused.
• Willing to work some evenings/weekends on a rotating schedule.
