Peter Levi Plumbing, Heating, Cooling, and Drains in Novato, CA is seeking experienced Drain & Sewer Technicians. The role offers a pay range of $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 with commissions and bonuses depending on experience.

Candidates should have 2+ years in plumbing, a GED or high school diploma, and a valid driver’s license. Responsibilities include diagnosing issues, providing service reports, performing drain maintenance, and using jetters, snakes, and camera equipment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in the plumbing industry.
• GED or High School Diploma.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Strong customer service, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively both written and verbally.
• Ability to work in a fast paced and results driven environment.
• Ability to work under stressful conditions and may be exposed to verbal and/or physical confrontations.
• Ability to work extended hours, nights or weekends.
• Ability to stand, walk, and climb ladders and stairs.
• Ability to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, and/or crawl.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose issues, explain solutions clearly, and provide accurate service reports.
• Respond to drain service calls and resolve clogs and backups.
• Use jetters, snakes, and camera equipment with confidence.
• Perform drain maintenance and cleaning to keep water and waste lines flowing properly.
• Work independently and efficiently to meet daily goals.
• Maintain tools, equipment, service vehicle, and a professional appearance.
• Document work, collect payments, and ensure accurate records are kept.
• Assist customers with preventive maintenance solutions to reduce future issues.
• Follow all safety procedures, codes, and company standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the company.
