Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in drain cleaning or basic plumbing.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Able to lift 50+ lbs and work in tight spaces.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Willingness to learn and follow safety protocols.
• Familiarity with plumbing codes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Use cameras and augers to identify root issues.
• Clear blockages with jetters and augers.
• Perform minor plumbing repairs like traps, leaks, and cleanouts.
• Protect customer homes with drop cloths and shoe covers.
• Keep truck and tools clean and organized.
• Build trust with customers by being clear and courteous.
