Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• Ability to pass required pre-employment screening.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Professional appearance and attitude.
• Ability to safely operate drain-cleaning equipment.
• General construction, plumbing, or drain experience is a plus.
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn, train, and improve.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose residential drain and sewer issues.
• Perform drain snaking and clearing.
• Communicate findings and options clearly with homeowners.
• Work with Camera Technicians and other team members when additional solutions are needed.
• Follow the WyattWorks Service System.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked company vehicle.
• Properly manage tools, equipment, and inventory.
• Provide a professional, five-star customer experience.
• Work with urgency while never sacrificing quality or safety.

Your Role

As a Drain Technician, you'll work directly with homeowners to diagnose drain problems, provide solutions, and get their homes flowing again.

You'll be expected to provide an excellent customer experience—not just clear a drain. That means communicating with homeowners, explaining what you find, presenting options, and helping customers make informed decisions about their homes.

Experience is preferred, but we're willing to train the right person with the right attitude and work ethic.

What You'll Do
