Job summary

Done! Plumbing, Heating, Cooling, & Electrical is seeking a motivated Drain Install Apprentice in Denver to learn the trade from the ground up.

You’ll work with experienced drain and plumbing pros on residential installations and sewer replacements while building the skills to grow into a top technician. This is a hands-on role for someone who isn’t afraid to get dirty, works hard, and wants a long-term career in the trades.

Qualifications

• 6+ months to 1 year of plumbing, drain, construction, or labor experience preferred.
• Willingness to learn and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Able to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor daily.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Basic tool knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with residential drain and sewer line installations and replacements.
• Support excavation, pipe laying, and backfilling work.
• Help with drain system upgrades and repairs.
• Load/unload materials, tools, and equipment at job sites.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Follow safety procedures and company standards.
• Learn to read basic layouts, plans, and job scopes.
• Communicate with team members and support technicians as needed.

About the Role:

As a Drain Install Apprentice, you’ll work alongside experienced drain and plumbing professionals to learn the trade from the ground up. You’ll assist with residential drain installations, sewer replacements, and underground work while building the skills needed to grow into a top technician.
