Job summary

T3 Services Group in Denver is seeking a Drain Install Apprentice to learn the trade from the ground up alongside experienced drain and plumbing professionals. You'll assist with residential drain installations, sewer replacements, and underground work while building skills for a future role as a top technician.

Qualifications

• 6+ months to 1 year of plumbing, drain, construction, or labor experience preferred.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor daily.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Assist with residential drain and sewer line installations and replacements
• Support excavation, pipe laying, and backfilling work
• Help with drain system upgrades and repairs
• Load/unload materials, tools, and equipment at job sites
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Follow all safety procedures and company standards
• Learn to read basic layouts, plans, and job scopes
• Communicate with team members and support technicians as needed

About the Role:

As a Drain Install Apprentice, you’ll work alongside experienced drain and plumbing professionals to learn the trade from the ground up. You’ll assist with residential drain installations, sewer replacements, and underground work while building the skills needed to grow into a top technician.

This is a hands‑on role for someone who isn’t afraid to get a little dirty, works hard, and wants to build a long‑term career in the trades.
