Job summary

Mr. Rooter Plumbing is seeking a Drain Cleaner-Technician to perform drain cleaning using advanced equipment for residential and commercial clients, diagnose issues, and provide exceptional customer service.

You will document service calls, educate customers on preventative maintenance, stay current with industry trends, and collaborate with teammates in a safety-conscious environment. Starting pay during training is $18–$20 per hour, with commission after training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Relevant technical training preferred.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Experience in plumbing or drain cleaning preferred but not required.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and customer service.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic work environment.
• Must be physically able to perform job duties, including lifting and bending.
