Job summary

Mr. Rooter Plumbing of Salem is seeking a Drain Cleaner-Technician to keep customers' plumbing systems running smoothly. You will perform drain cleaning with advanced equipment, diagnose issues on residential and commercial calls, and deliver friendly, professional service.

You will document work, educate customers on maintenance, and follow safety guidelines in a fast-paced environment. Training is provided, with potential commission after training; starting pay is $18-$20 per hour.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Experience in plumbing or drain cleaning preferred but not required.
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Compensation:

We will provide paid training to make sure you have the knowledge and skills to grow in your career. After the initial training period, you will earn generous commission based on your overall performance. Starting training pay range for this position is $18-$20 per hour.
