Drain Technician / DRAIN CLEANING TECH - Louisville KY

As a Residential Drain Technician, you’ll be responsible for clearing a wide range of drains in our customers' homes. This role provides an incredible opportunity to grow within our company and even work toward earning your Plumbing Journeyman's License. In addition to your base pay, you’ll also earn incentive pay!

• Work Schedule: Monday through Friday with a rotating Saturday and on-call shifts.
• Tools Provided: Take-home vehicle, company tools, parts, uniforms, cell phone, and tablet.
• Incentives: Competitive base pay plus performance-based incentives.

Essential Job Functions

• Comfortable with physical labor and handling challenging tasks.
• Lift up to 75lbs on a regular basis.
• Customer-focused — Deliver exceptional service with a positive attitude.
• Self-motivated and energetic with a passion for your work.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining strong customer rapport.
• Must be comfortable with the “selling aspect” of the job.

Qualifications

• Open availability — must be available Monday through Friday with a rotating Saturday and on-call shifts.
• Professional demeanor and ability to build long-term relationships with customers.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Must have 3+ years of experience in residential plumbing service.
