Lula is seeking a 1099 HVAC Repair Pro to service rental properties across Wake County. Candidates should have experience in the rental property industry and bring a ready-to-work attitude.

You’ll set your own hourly rate, provide your own tools and materials, and complete Lula onboarding. Must be 18+, carry General Liability Insurance, and have no felonies in the past seven years. Paid for labor and parts within 1–3 days.

Lula is looking for a 1099 Hvac Repair Pro to help with property maintenance of several thousand rental properties across theWake County area. We are seeking individuals who have experience in the rental property industry and has an eager attitude.
