Assists in supervising and actively participating in the food production area of the kitchen to maintain Hilton’s high standards of quality.

What will I be doing?
As a Drago's Lead Cook, you will oversee and participate in preparing food items according to recipes and standards, contributing to excellent service and profitability. Responsibilities include:

  • Preparing food according to recipes and quality standards
  • Maintaining cleanliness and sanitation
  • Managing guest orders efficiently and courteously
  • Having thorough knowledge of the menu and food products
  • Stocking and maintaining par levels for food stations
  • Inspecting all food sent from the kitchen
  • Following proper food handling and storage procedures as per regulations
  • Monitoring and developing team performance through supervision, training, and evaluations
  • Preparing requisitions for supplies and ingredients
