Job summary

O&M Consulting Engineering, PSC is seeking an entry-level Civil Engineer to support transportation project plans from preliminary to final design, including specifications, cost estimates, and bid packages.

The candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, 0–5 years of related experience, and knowledge of Civil 3D and AutoCAD. EIT is a plus, and strong communication and teamwork skills are essential for this role.

This full-time position requires a strong foundation in engineering design principles and concepts and strong communication skills. PRHTA design standards, plan preparation procedures, understanding of roadway geometrics, and roadside safety are preferred. For this position, prior Civil 3D and AutoCAD experience is desired.
