Job summary

Wells Concrete in Wisconsin is seeking a motivated Intern to support engineering and production teams. You will enter data, revise drawings, and create pour sheets within our ERP system while gaining hands-on exposure to construction and manufacturing processes.

This role develops drafting, production planning, and project coordination skills as you learn to order materials and assist with project execution alongside experienced professionals.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a drafting degree; construction/manufacturing environment knowledge desirable.
• Strong communication skills and ability to read blueprints.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit's tools, and Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Enter data for projects and ERP system records as directed.
• Revise drawings to reflect updates and changes.
• Create pour sheets for production workflows and schedules.
• Learn material ordering for steel, insulation, and other project needs.
• Assist with special projects and general duties as assigned.
