Job summary

Wells Concrete is seeking an Intern to support engineering and production teams in Minnesota. You’ll assist with data entry, revise drawings in ERP, and prepare project documentation while gaining hands‑on exposure to concrete manufacturing and planning.

You will create pour sheets, help with material ordering, and support project coordination. The role emphasizes drafting basics, production planning, and collaborative problem solving in a fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Currently pursuing a 2-4 year drafting degree.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills for teamwork.
• Able to read blueprints and plans and use AutoCAD/Revit basics.

Responsibilities

• Assist with entering data for Concrete Vision (ERP) as directed.
• Revise drawings as necessary.
• Create pour sheets for production to execute.
• Learn to order steel, insulation, and other materials per project needs.
• Complete special projects and perform other duties as assigned.
