You don’t need millwork experience to get this job. You need to be detail-oriented, sharp, and ready to learn professional‑grade engineering software. We’ll teach you everything else.

About CMI

Cabinet Masters is an AWI‑certified commercial millwork manufacturer with a 150,000 sq ft facility in Ironton, MO. We design, fabricate, and install custom casework for demanding clients across the country.

What You’ll Do
  • Convert architectural drawings into detailed 2D and 3D millwork models using Microvellum (AutoCAD‑based)
  • Review designs for buildability and optimize for production
  • Generate panel saw cutting lists and CNC programs
  • Manage CNC operations using WoodWOP software
  • Collaborate with estimators, project managers, and shop leads
What We’re Looking For
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to catch errors
  • Self‑directed and proactive problem solving
  • Clear communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Comfortable learning complex software
  • Reliable with a strong sense of accountability
Bonus Points
  • CAD experience (even at a hobby level)
  • Construction, trades, or manufacturing background
  • Proficiency with Excel or Microsoft Office
  • Interest in how things are built
