Job summary

Aventure Staffing is seeking a Drafting and CNC Technician in Lincoln, NE. The Drafter supports engineering, manufacturing, and production through CAD drafting, CNC nesting, production documentation, and hands-on fabrication support.

You will create drawings, BOMs, CNC files, and work order documentation, collaborating with production, fabrication, and project teams. The role welcomes experienced technicians or recent graduates with relevant training and offers a path to grow with our team.

Qualifications

• Experience or formal training in drafting or CAD technology.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD, DraftSight, or similar 2D CAD software.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Create and revise 2D drawings using AutoCAD, DraftSight, or similar CAD software.
• Develop and maintain 3D models and assemblies using SolidWorks.
• Generate production, fabrication, and assembly drawings.
• Create and maintain detailed Bills of Material (BOMs).

Job Summary

The Drafter plays a vital role in supporting the engineering, manufacturing, and production operations through CAD drafting, CNC nesting, production documentation, and hands‑on fabrication support. You will work closely with production, fabrication, and project teams to create accurate drawings, Bills of Material (BOMs), CNC files, and work order documentation that keep our projects moving efficiently. Whether you are an experienced technician or a recent graduate with relevant training, we are looking for someone eager to learn, contribute, and grow with our team.

Key Duties & Responsibilities
