Job summary

Atlas in Wichita, KS is seeking a CAD/Drafter to work with engineering and quality teams to generate 2D draft sketches and reflect MBD part dimensions and requirements.

Responsibilities include defining dimensions from customer MBD, updating sketches with changes, maintaining draft master files, developing 3D models as needed, and creating Manufacturing Inspection Plans based on part specs.

Overview

Responsible for working closely with engineering and quality personnel to generate 2D draft sketch diagram reflecting dimensions and requirements of Model Base Definition (MBD) parts to meet customer final product requirements by performing the following duties.
