Job summary

Medallion Home in Sarasota, FL is seeking an Architectural Drafter/Designer to join our firm. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of drafting/design experience using Revit and Revit Families to produce accurate architectural drawings and models.

Responsibilities include drafting and designing per specifications, coordinating with project teams, adapting to changing production needs, and communicating clearly in writing and verbally.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of Revit experience or equivalent school training.
• 2–3 years of experience preparing detailed construction drawings and layouts.
• Experience with AutoCAD is required.
• Strong attention to detail and organization.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to multitask and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Draft and design architectural drawings per specifications.
• Coordinate projects with team members and adapt to production needs.
• Produce detailed construction drawings and layouts using Revit; update as required.

• Architectural Drafter/Designer to join our firm in Sarasota, Florida.
• The ideal candidate should have 2+ years of experience in drafting/designing with Revit using Revit Families.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for drafting and designing according to the given specifications while assisting and coordinating projects.
• Additionally, the ideal candidate can adapt to changing production needs, work with little direction or information, and demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills.

Job Requirements

• At least two years of Revit experience or equivalent school experience (Required).
• 2–3 years of experience preparing detailed construction drawings, layouts, sketches, and graphic representations of architectural designs.
• Experience in AutoCAD.
• Must be detail-oriented.
• Must be organized with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and meet scheduled completion dates.
• Must have U.S. work authorization and be willing to relocate if not in the immediate area.
• $45,000 – $65,000 per year. Compensation is commensurate with experience and qualifications.
