Job summary

Qualifications

• Associates degree in Engineering Graphics and Design or equivalent training and experience.
• 5+ years in CAD design.
• Knowledge of CAD standards and drawing conventions for large projects, creation of cell libraries and border files, management of project drawing files and review of design drawings for CAD accuracy and consistency.
• Excellent communication skills and demonstrated commitment to safety, quality, and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Develop engineering drawings using AutoCAD for civil, architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, and instrument disciplines.
• Work as part of a team and interact with Design Engineering Managers to finalize drawings.

3B4BRole and Responsibilities

Polestar is seeking qualified candidates for Drafter positions to work as part of a team developing engineering drawings. Successful candidates will utilize the latest version of AutoCAD software for developing engineering drawings for civil, architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, and instrument disciplines. This position interacts with Design Engineering Managers.

5BRequired Qualifications

• Associates degree in Engineering Graphics and Design or equivalent training and experience.
