A terrific, full-time opening has come available for an Architectural Drafter withexperience in the historic commercial restoration construction arena to join a cutting edge, extremely stable organization. This position would earn a competitive base salary plus bonus, and a great benefits package including competitive insurance plans, paid vacation, sick pay, and other outstanding perks. This position is located in the beautiful Sunset park area of Brooklyn.

·Support design of internal projects

·Coordinate with design team for delivery of pricing docsuments

·Coordinate with leasing team for planning of renovations and fit-outs

·Prepare plans, elevations, sections, and details.

All candidates MUST have the following experiences to qualify for consideration

• Please DO NOT APPLY unless you have a Bachelor’s Degree
• 2+ years’ experience with AutoCAD, Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, & 3D modeling software
• Knowledge of NYC Building Codes and basic ADA requirements
• Strong backgroundin architecture, landscape architecture, signage, wayfinding, lighting, streetscape improvement, environmental graphic, and interior design projects.
