Job summary

Corle Building Systems in Pennsylvania is seeking a Drafting Drafter to create drawings for layout, fabrication, erection, and materials inventories of metal building parts. You will use AutoCAD and our proprietary software to produce accurate fabrication and erection drawings and to prepare Bills of Materials and permitting drawings.

The role requires hard work, self-motivation, and the ability to work with minimal supervision while contributing to a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Must have AutoCAD experience.
• Must be hardworking, self-motivated, and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Willing to learn and be part of a team.
• Drafting dept: create drawings, BOMs, and permit/construction drawings.

Responsibilities

• Create drawings for layout, fabrication, erection, and materials inventories of metal building parts and components.
• Utilize drafting standards and procedures to detail projects of easy to moderate complexity.
• Develop detailed drawings using AutoCAD and proprietary software for manufacturing and erection purposes.
• Develop Bills of Materials for shipping lists.
• Generate permit/construction drawings in line with purchase orders.
