Job summary

System One in Gray, LA is seeking a Drafter to create detailed 3D models and installation drawings using SolidWorks. You will develop and maintain BOMs, ensure designs meet standards, and collaborate with engineering, fabrication, and installation teams to support project execution. Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in mechanical design, drafting, or a manufacturing environment.
• Advanced proficiency with SolidWorks or other 3D CAD software.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical assemblies, fabrication drawings, welding practices, and structural components.
• Experience creating detailed drawings and BOMs.
• Familiarity with AWS welding standards and industry codes preferred.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
