Responsibilities

  • CAD Drafting & Survey Support: Perform CAD drafting for transmission line centerline right-of-way, boundary, topographic, and land tie surveys; Interpret and prepare metes and bounds and centerline descriptions; Support survey field crews and office personnel; Review and interpret survey and property information for accuracy and completeness.
  • Records & Right-of-Way Research: Research existing survey records and real estate records; Contact local and state agencies to obtain right-of-way information; Review available survey and property information to support project requirements.
  • Project Coordination & Documentation: Prepare and transmit completed projects and related documentation; Collaborate with survey field crews and office personnel to ensure project requirements are met; Maintain accuracy and completeness of project-related drafting and documentation; Perform other related duties as assigned.

Position Overview
