Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.

• Forklift certification or ability to obtain.
• 2–3 years of warehouse experience.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee daily draft warehouse operations, including keg receiving, storage, rotation, staging, and order fulfillment.
• Maintain accurate inventory records for full, empty, damaged, and specialty kegs.
• Lead, coach, and develop draft warehouse staff.
• Ensure safety compliance and proper operation of material handling equipment.
• Coordinate with delivery, sales, and warehouse teams to meet customer needs.
• Identify and implement process improvements to boost efficiency.
