Job summary

Mockler Beverage Co A LP is seeking a service-oriented technician to travel to bars, restaurants, and breweries to clean and maintain draught beer dispensing equipment. Training is provided to get you fully up to speed and advancing within the company.

You will troubleshoot basic draught system issues, ensure lines are clean and fresh, and respond to trouble calls promptly. The role requires physical fitness and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Prior service industry or customer service experience preferred.
• Knowledge of draught beer systems and troubleshooting is a plus.
• Highly organized with strong priority management and ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Strong customer orientation, both internal and external.
• Willingness to work flexible hours when needed.
• Ability to lift and move products up to 165 lbs and perform physical duties.

Responsibilities

Primary Job Duties:

• Daily travel to customers to clean and maintain draught beer dispensing equipment in accordance with Anheuser-Busch and Company guidelines
• Maintain cleaning schedule wherein every draught beer line in the territory is cleaned on a schedule consistent with Wholesale requirements
• Troubleshoot basic draught system problems and respond to trouble calls in a timely manner
• Maintain product freshness and presentation through proper rotation and equipment cleanliness and appearance

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 18 years of age;
• Must have a valid driver's license and acceptable driving record in accordance with company policy;
• Prior service industry/customer service experience is preferred;
• Knowledge of draught beer systems/troubleshooting is a plus;
• Highly organized with the ability to manage priorities and coordinate multiple projects;
• Strong internal and external customer orientation;
• Ability and willingness to work flexible hours when needed;
• Ability to move, lift, and/or carry products weighing up to 165 lbs. on a frequent and regular basis and be able to fulfill other physical requirements including repetitive lifting, bending, stooping, pushing, and pulling
