Job summary

columbiaexternalcareersite is seeking a Draft Technician to install, repair, and maintain draft systems at on- and off-premise accounts and to set up systems for special events.

The role requires strong communication skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks, and a readiness for indoor work with occasional outdoor duties. Local travel is expected and a valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• Must have strong software skills including word processing and spreadsheets.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities are required.
• Organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot and service draft accounts as directed by manager.
• Prepare bids for retail accounts including billing and collection for maintenance.
• Assist with special events and participate in all event setups.
• Handle bidding, billing and collection for service work and deliveries.
• Support sales teams with troubleshooting and servicing accounts.
• Manage point of sale and merchandising tasks.
• Build and maintain positive, cooperative relationships with coworkers and managers.
• Occasional product tastings may be required.
