Job summary

Columbia Distributing in Anchorage, AK is seeking a Draft Technician to install, troubleshoot and service draft accounts both on and off premise. You will set up temporary draft systems for events and work with sales teams across accounts.

Requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license and auto insurance, and at least 21 years of age; draft experience is preferred. The role is full-time with indoor work mainly, local travel, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot and service all draft accounts in a timely manner as directed by manager.
• Provide bids to retail accounts for services including billing and collection for maintenance.
• Assist, prepare and participate in all special events.
• Bidding, billing and collection for service work and deliveries.
• Assist sales teams with troubleshooting, servicing existing accounts, repair and maintenance.
• Point of sales and merchandising.
• Develop and maintain positive, cooperative and team-oriented relationships with co-workers, supervisors, managers and others you come into contact with through your job.
• Occasional tasting of product may be required.
