Beverage Management is seeking a hands-on General Labor - Draft Line Technician to service, install, and maintain on-premise beverage systems in the West Valley area. You will work directly with customers, troubleshoot issues, perform routine line cleanings, and support event setups with reliability and a positive attitude.

The role requires independent problem-solving, strong communication, and a readiness to learn through training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 21 years of age or older with a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to read safety rules, operating instructions, and maintenance procedures.
• Strong communication and customer service skills are essential.

Responsabilités

• Provide responsive, professional service to on-premise accounts.
• Install, clean, maintain, and troubleshoot draught beverage systems and lines.
• Diagnose and repair non-functioning or poor-pouring systems.
• Complete draught line installations and routine service calls.
• Maintain inventory of draught knobs, service equipment, and event materials.
• Manage company vehicle, tools, and service equipment.
• Track and document service activities and reporting.
• Prioritize multiple service requests and communicate progress to management.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
