You will work independently yet collaborate with the team, handle routine service calls, manage inventory, and ensure safe operation of equipment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be 21+ with valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Willingness to learn through provided training.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and maintenance procedures.
• Sound judgment, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide responsive, professional service to on-premise accounts.
• Install, clean, maintain, and troubleshoot draught beverage systems.
• Diagnose and repair non-functioning or poor-pouring draught systems.
• Complete draught line installations and routine service calls.
• Maintain and manage inventory of draught knobs, service equipment, and event materials.
• Manage and maintain company vehicle, tools, and service equipment.
• Track and document service activities, logs, and reporting.
• Prioritize and manage multiple service requests independently while communicating daily progress to management.
• Perform other duties as assigned
