Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1+ year directly related experience preferred.
• 2 years of technical experience.
• Must have a cell phone with data capability.
• Able to pass a driving test and maintain a valid license.
• Must handle alcohol and comply with TABC guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Services draft lines and completes documentation per Company policy.
• Provide technical help with service problems and routine tap-ins/repairs.
• Assist on bulk or special venue deliveries.
• Work events: equipment prep, delivery, setup, and post-event wrap-up.
• Install paper POS materials and ensure messaging aligns with policy.
• Provide invoices and cash receipts to cashiers for settlements.
• Follow Code Date Policy and report issues to management.
• Adhere to safety standards and operate company vehicle when required.
