Job summary

AHFP is seeking a Draft Beer System Installation Tech (DIT) to install and manage draft beer systems across establishments. This hands-on role requires mechanical skills and regional travel in a company vehicle.

You will learn system operations, maintain client relationships, and take responsibility for tools and equipment. Excellent service, clear communication, and safe operation are essential.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and hospitality skills.
• Clear written and oral communication ability.
• Comfort with mobile technology (smartphones) and mobile applications.
• Display mechanical aptitude / be mechanically inclined.
• Ability to learn and retain draft beer system operations and best practices.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Must have a valid, unexpired driver's license with a clean DMV record.
• Cicerone Level 1 Certification is required for all internal employees.
• Must be able to pass a Criminal Background Check.

Responsibilities

• Install and manage draft beer system installations.
• Learn about draft systems and their components to meet AHFP and client standards.
• Maintain professional relationships with clients, management, and AHFP employees.
• Take care of and be responsible for a company vehicle during regional travel and manage tools/equipment.
