Leonard’s Syrups in Detroit, MI is seeking a dependable service technician to clean, inspect, and maintain draft beer lines and related equipment at client locations. You will travel to multiple customer sites, perform cleaning per procedures, and ensure systems operate reliably.

The role requires an ability to work early mornings (as early as 4:00 AM), strong mechanical aptitude, and a commitment to safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and basic troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage daily assigned service routes.
• Excellent time management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Good communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of draft beer lines, coils, and related equipment at customer locations.
• Follow established cleaning procedures and industry standards to maintain cleanliness and proper operation of draft beer systems.
• Inspect draft beer systems for potential issues, including buildup, leaks, and equipment malfunctions.
• Troubleshoot and address minor equipment issues as needed.
• Complete all assigned customer accounts and scheduled services in a timely and efficient manner.
• Maintain accurate service records, including work performed and payments collected.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers through professional, friendly, and reliable service.
• Properly maintain and care for company-provided tools, equipment, supplies, and vehicles.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures, including the proper handling and use of cleaning chemicals.
• Communicate service concerns, equipment issues, and customer needs to management.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
