Job summary

A Head For Profits is seeking a Draft Beer Quality Technician to ensure bars and restaurants serve top-quality drafts. You will visit customer locations to clean systems and serve great beer while building relationships with staff and managers.

No prior experience is required as we provide comprehensive training in draft beer systems operations, maintenance, and troubleshooting. This is a full-time field role with a company vehicle provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Able to lift 50+ lbs.
• Hands-on learner with quick adaptability.

Responsibilities

• Visit customer locations to keep draft beer systems clean and ensure quality pints.
• Build relationships with managers, owners, and bartenders at bars and restaurants.
• Receive training on draft beer system operations, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
